When our ancestors came to Hamilton from the old world, all they had was each other; Immigrants that built a community, neighbourhoods, and ultimately cultural familial roots. Our hope is to take those echoes from our past, and bring them forward to a new generation. We remember where we’re from!

It has been his true north, and it has lead him to thousands of meals, opening a restaurant, and curating one-off supper clubs, parties, and social clubs, like La Banda.
