Day of Creative exists to provide clients with an exceptional standard of customer service, simple and effective event planning solutions and boundless creativity in every event created. We specialize in day-of-coordination services, event creation and management and event design and styling.
We take care of the behind the scenes logistics, last minute preparations and styling components that take place on the day of your wedding. This includes decor setup and teardown coordination, running local errands, family photo triage assistance, managing your guests, vendors and timelines, be the point of contact for all inquiries and/or all of the above. We bring your wedding vision to life so that you can enjoy your wedding day stress free.
Our in-house event team will conceptualize, create and execute each client's event to suit their needs and budget, ensuring every experience is seamless and our signature style.

Meet Anna
Owner and Design Consultant Anna Di Carlo began her career in event planning and design over ten years ago working as the Director of Events for a boutique Toronto based event venue. She has had the pleasure of working with some of the most prestigious clients in the world including celebrities, Fortune 500 companies and Toronto's elite. She has helped to design installations and produce events for Toronto Fashion Week and the Toronto International Film Festival. Anna has been nominated for Venue Manager of the Year by BizBash magazine (2012), won the Hamilton Spectator Reader's Choice Award for Best Event Planning Company (2019) and has been nominated for the YWCA Women of Distinction Award (2020). Anna aims to create event planning and design solutions that push the evolution of the events industry forward.
Meet Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn D'Costa is a partner and lead coordinator at Day of Creative. Having grown up in the event and hospitality industry, she is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care to her clients while exceeding their expectations. Kaitlyn focuses strongly on guest experience and strives to create and maintain genuine connections with clients and vendors alike. A recent graduate from the George Brown Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Kaitlyn brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity to her role.
